These Terms govern your purchase and use of Lucy Seller Copilot (the "Service"). By purchasing a subscription or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. The provider is ФОП Піцина Жанна Вікторівна, Tax ID 3275710681, registered at Ukraine, Rivne, 2 Klenova Street.
1. The Service
Lucy Seller Copilot is an AI-assisted tool for Etsy sellers. A subscription provides access to both supported experiences: the Claude connector and the custom GPT in ChatGPT. The Service can analyze shop and listing data, prepare recommendations and drafts, upload permitted content at your request, and generate reports.
The Service does not guarantee sales, search position, revenue, or any other business result. Recommendations should be reviewed before use.
2. Eligibility and your shop
You must be at least 18 years old and may connect only an Etsy shop that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for keeping your account and personal access links secure and for all actions initiated through your account.
3. Subscription and billing
The Service costs US $59 per month. Payments are processed by Stripe. The subscription renews automatically each month until canceled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the already paid billing period.
ChatGPT and Claude accounts or paid plans are not included in the $59 price and, where required, are purchased separately from OpenAI or Anthropic.
4. Access and acceptable use
Your access links are personal and may not be resold, shared publicly, or used to provide the Service to third parties. You may not attempt to bypass security, overload the Service, scrape it, reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful, fraudulent, or rights-infringing activity.
5. Actions in Etsy
Authorization takes place through Etsy OAuth. The Service performs only actions allowed by the permissions you approve. Listing publication remains a separate action initiated by you; Lucy does not independently publish, edit, or delete active listings without your request.
6. Availability and third-party services
The Service depends on Etsy, OpenAI, Anthropic, Stripe, Railway, Netlify, and optional Telegram services. Their outages or policy changes may affect availability. We may perform maintenance, update features, or change technical limits while preserving the essential purpose of the paid Service.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Canceling stops future renewals. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where the Service was materially not provided. For a billing issue, contact us promptly so we can review it.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, its branding, software, and original materials belong to the provider or its licensors. You retain rights to your shop data and content. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Service during an active paid period.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or decisions made from AI recommendations. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
10. Changes and governing rules
We may update these Terms and will post the revised date on this page. Material changes will apply prospectively. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the provider's place of registration, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you may have.
